Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Shift Lead to oversee daily GSOC operations, monitor security systems, and coordinate incident response. You will ensure compliance with client regulations and lead training while maintaining performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical writing experience.
• Two years of security experience with GSOC preferred.
• Experience with CCURE and surveillance tools is required.
• Ability to follow written policy and procedures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations within the GSOC, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Coordinate GSOC team activities during shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Update schedules, ensure coverage, and notify managers of gaps.
• Ensure compliance with laws, client regs, and SOPs.
• Conduct audits and training for operators; ensure performance metrics.
• Analyze security incidents and provide timely, actionable insights.
