Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as shift lead, managing GSOC operations and tasks.
• Drafts crisis communications to associates.
• Performs preliminary threat analysis using multiple intelligence sources.
• Prepares incident reports and situation summaries.
• Coordinates with security, HR, legal, facilities.
• Supports investigations with video review and access control audits.
• Mentors entry-level GSOC operators and analysts.
• Helps update SOPs and playbooks.
• Work weekends/holidays may be required.
