Job summary

Allied Universal, the world’s leading security company, is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor threats and incidents from the Global Security Operations Center. You will support multiple client industries, analyze data from access control, alarms, and intel tools, and escalate critical events to the appropriate teams.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of security experience, the ability to handle fast-paced workloads, and a background in command center environments.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of security experience.
• Ability to operate within a GSOC monitoring threats, vulnerabilities and risks.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in command center or operations center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate security patrols or notify Fire/Police as needed.
• Assist employees with safety and security concerns across sites.
• Monitor travel safety and security of the company’s employees.
