Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the GSOC team on an assigned shift, coordinating delivery of quality security services and ensuring incident readiness.

The role involves coaching staff, applying policies, and maintaining accurate records under pressure. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in a corporate security/GSOC environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines while handling confidential

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of corporate security or GSOC environment experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in leading a team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with confidential information and communicate clearly during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the assigned shift and GSOC team.
• Oversee policies and procedures implementation.
• Maintain incident reports and records to support the Watch Commander.
• Back-fill and support the Watch Commander or Shift Manager as needed.
• Monitor cameras/alarms, dispatch calls, and operate access control technology.
