Job summary

Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services is seeking a GSOC Program Manager to lead the Global Security Operations Center, coordinating with clients and internal teams to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities. The role focuses on incident management, threat monitoring, and continuous program improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience in global security operations, and hands-on expertise with security systems and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in security/related field.
• CPP and PSP certifications required or equivalent.
• 3+ years GSOC operations experience.
• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience with Lenel, Milestone, ServiceNow, Everbridge or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of GSOC operations across a global environment.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal partners, and global teams to ensure service delivery.
• Lead incident escalation and response, including real-time decisions and post-incident reviews.
• Develop and improve GSOC policies, SOPs, and incident response plans.
• Coach and develop GSOC personnel with training and performance management.
• Oversee threat intelligence, risk monitoring, and security event management.
• Drive KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven improvements.
• Implement new security technologies and vendor relationships.
• Ensure audits and assessments to meet client and industry standards.
