Job summary

Allied Universal in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor security across client sites and safeguard people, property, and brand image. You will work in a GSOC environment, using access control and alarm systems, business intel sources, and open-source data to detect and alert on incidents.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience
• Minimum of two years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment; valid driver’s license needed for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrols or alerting Fire/Police as needed
• Assist company employees with safety and security concerns
• Monitor travel safety and security of the company’s employees
