Job summary

HiveWatch, Inc. is seeking a GSOC Analyst to support multiple clients 24/7 using best-in-class technology for emergency and non-emergency security programs.

The role includes incident triage, event dispatch, and analytical requests across OSINT platforms and internal tools, with coordination for health and safety threats. You will research intelligence, assess credibility, escalate as needed, and prepare threat assessments in collaboration with client leadership, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in security operations, intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or related role.
• Experience analyzing security intelligence and preparing written assessments for decision-makers.
• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment on time-sensitive matters with client impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms (email, Slack, phone).
• Ability to produce concise reports and recommendations from verbal or written sources.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar technical systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially during crises.
• Reliable means of communication (email, cell phone) and transportation.
• Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational GSOC coverage including monitoring alerts, dispatching security officers, and liaising with emergency centers.
• Conduct triage analysis, prioritize, and decide under stress.
• Maintain concise records of communications and analytic conclusions.
• Research OSINT and intelligence sources across platforms.
• Assess credibility, relevance, severity, and client impact of intelligence.
• Decide escalation, notification, or continued monitoring as needed.
• Prepare threat assessments and intelligence reports for clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to respond to incidents and crises.
