Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a GSOC Operator to monitor and respond to incidents across client sites. You will work in a GSOC environment, coordinating with supervisors and using access control, alarm monitoring, and BI tools to safeguard people, property, and brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrols or alerting Fire/Police as needed.
• Assist company employees in safety and security concerns.
• Monitor travel safety and security of company employees.
