Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator in Indianapolis to support client security operations in a demanding, fast-paced environment. You will monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and generate detailed incident reports to inform management decisions.

The role requires at least 2 years of GSOC experience, familiarity with ProWatch, Hakimo, ExacVision, Scylla AI, and strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years GSOC experience or equivalent (Emergency Call Center, Alarm Monitoring Center).
• Proficiency with GSOC technologies such as ProWatch, Hakimo, ExacVision, Scylla AI or weapons-detection software and radio-communications systems.
• Willingness to attend training outside normal hours.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other database systems.
• Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to disseminate information to varied audiences.
• Ability to stay professional under stress and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, escalate as needed, and follow up.
• Write and publish physical security incident reports for situational awareness.
• Execute day-to-day monitoring, incident detection, and reporting.
• Collect, evaluate, and share CCTV and Access control related information to support client safety.
• Collaborate with physical security officers to improve risk management.
• Prepare reports in proper format with correct grammar and spelling.
• Interact with management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
