Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator in Illinois to monitor and analyze security alerts across multiple sites. You will work in a GSOC environment, using access control, alarm monitoring, and intelligence sources to detect incidents affecting people, property, or brand image.

Requires 1+ year of security experience and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting. The role includes customer service, incident response, and collaboration with Fire and Police as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST have 1+ years of security experience.
• Candidates MUST be able to operate within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), monitoring and analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the organization.
• Candidates MUST be able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate with security patrols or Fire/Police as needed.
• Assist company employees in safety and security concerns.
• Monitor travel safety and security of employees.
