Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor and analyze security threats across client sites in real time. You will operate in a fast-paced Global Security Operations Center environment, handling alarms, access control, and vital security information to protect people, property, and assets.

The role requires 1+ year of security experience and strong incident response skills; candidates must pass background checks and work in a dynamic, 24/7 GSOC setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum 1 year of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience.
• Background check per federal, state, and local laws; prior criminal history handled per law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and apply safety and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate security responses with patrols or authorities.
• Support employees on safety and security concerns.
