Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator in Houston to monitor client locations, respond to incidents, and coordinate security responses across multiple industries. You will work in a dynamic GSOC environment using access control and alarm systems, BI sources, and in-house tools to protect people, property, and brand integrity.

The role emphasizes calm analysis, rapid alerts, and collaboration with Fire/Police when needed, with a focus on safety and customer service in a fast-paced security

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Minimum of two years in military, law enforcement, government, or security.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing safety procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate with security or emergency services as needed.
