Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, a leading global security provider, seeks a GSOC Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a Global Security Operations Center. You will lead security personnel, ensure monitoring, response, and communication of security events around the clock.

Responsibilities include directing incident response, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with leadership and partners to uphold security standards. Must commit to a 24/7 schedule and deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in SOC/GSOC or related field.
• Experience documenting incidents and operational activity with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of security operations personnel.
• Monitor security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarms.
• Coordinate response during incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure timely, accurate incident documentation and reporting.
• Support investigations and security assessments as needed.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness and continuity.
