Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a GSOC Operations Manager to lead daily Security Operations Center operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise. You will guide the GSOC team, coordinate with internal partners, and drive incident response excellence.

Responsibilities include training, drills, KPI reporting, and collaboration with Security Systems, IT, HR, Legal, and facilities to ensure rapid, compliant resolutions and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience managing GSOC/SOC operations and incident coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop GSOC personnel, including managers and operators.
• Manage all GSOC operations, training, drills, and incident response procedures.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, invoicing, staffing, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate global security incident responses and business continuity efforts.
• Escalate incidents to Security Leadership and collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Facilities.
