Job summary

Securitas, Inc. seeks a GSOC Lead to monitor multiple security systems, detect incidents, and alert relevant teams. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and ensure adherence to security procedures to protect people, property, and brand integrity.

In this GSOC role, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams, handling alarms, access control, and incident reporting while staying composed under pressure and delivering clear communications during crises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• 1-3 years of Leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of Corporate Security or GSOC experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol, or alerting Fire services or Police as needed.
• Assist company employees with safety and security concerns.
• Monitor travel safety and security of company employees.
• Review systems and sources to detect potential risks.
• Notify and coordinate corporate response with advisories and communications.
• Manage incidents from local to global crises; provide back-up and on-call support.
• Lead day-to-day operations on shifts and supervise staff.
• Oversee policies and procedures implementation.
• Quality assure written reports and communications from GSOC.
