Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead the Security Operations Center team in Redwood City, CA. You will oversee shift activities, drive training, review incident reports, and coordinate with the GSOC Manager and law enforcement when needed.

• Five+ years GSOC operations experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train a team across multiple shifts.
• Familiarity with security protocols and incident response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GSOC shift activities and ensure alignment with center goals.
• Provide continuous oversight/leadership to GSOC operators.
• Review Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Deliver monthly hands-on training and scenario-based exercises.
• Coordinate training, documentation, and responses across shifts.
• Collaborate with the GSOC Manager on security-related matters.
• Interact with law enforcement agencies as appropriate; report when necessary.
