Responsibilities

• Lead and develop GSOC personnel including Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Operators.
• Oversee incident response, alarms, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, payroll, and KPI reporting.
• Track projects and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure confidentiality and incident documentation.
