Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in the security industry preferred, or international equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate with radio systems and telephone (including international) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize emergency calls and respond under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receives and logs incoming calls for service; determines nature, location, and priority of call and contacts proper agencies for emergency response.
• Interact with security personnel, first responders, and law enforcement across regions.
• Coordinate requests for tows, ambulances, fire, or special equipment with management approval.
• Use multiple systems to maintain situational awareness (CCTV, access control, weather data).
• Serve as first contact for remote intrusion detection; liaise with employees or police as needed.
• Utilize mass notification tools to send critical alerts and coordinate Crisis Management Team conference bridges.
