Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full Time Security Lead GSOC Operator in Cambridge, MA. The role supports the Global Security Operations Center for a pharma client and requires 2+ years in security/GSOC with CCURE experience.

The shift runs Fri–Mon 11 PM–7 AM, with starting pay at $30.85 per hour and paid orientation/training. The operator will lead the GSOC team, monitor security systems, coordinate incidents, and ensure compliance with laws and client policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of verifiable security experience.
• Must have 2+ years in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Experience with CCURE and surveillance tools is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate under time constraints in high-demand situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate GSOC team activities during shift and manage incidents.
• Maintain GSOC schedules and ensure coverage for openings and calls.
• Ensure compliance with laws, client regulations and SOPs.
• Document and report all incidents with accuracy and timeliness.
