Gap Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager for its 24/7 Global Security Operations Center in San Francisco. This in-office role leads daily GSOC operations, coordinates incidents, and partners with Physical Security, Global Resiliency, and other teams to ensure enterprise security readiness.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, incident-management experience, and a track record of improving processes while supporting senior leaders and field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 24/7 security operations or a command-center.
• Ability to manage incidents and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with leadership presence.
• Familiarity with physical security technologies and incident workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Gap Inc.'s San Francisco GSOC to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Coach and develop GSOC personnel, maintain operational readiness, and improve processes.
• Coordinate incidents, emergency communications, and post-incident follow-up.
• Partner with Physical Security, Global Resiliency, and other teams for continuity.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and escalation matrices; track performance metrics.
