Job summary

Surefox North America Inc. seeks a part-time GSOC Operator in San Francisco, onsite, to monitor real-time security operations and coordinate incident response.

You will manage VMS/PACS, analyze OSINT, and act as liaison between local teams, executives, and emergency services in accordance with ICS protocols. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in physical security, a valid BSIS guard card or eligibility, strong written communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for employment in the United States and 18+.
• Minimum 5+ years of physical security experience.
• BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify; CPR/First Aid/AED is often required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor VMS/PACS and OSINT to maintain real-time security situational awareness.
• Coordinate incident response between local teams, protection details, and emergency services.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain shift logs per ICS protocols.
• Provide remote support and de-escalation guidance during security events.
