Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a seasoned GSOC Manager to lead a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center dedicated to client-facing security programs. You will be accountable for performance, readiness, and continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology, ensuring adherence to client requirements and Crisis24 standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in GSOC/SOC operations, 3+ years of people leadership, and a proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security, emergency management, business, intelligence, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of GSOC/SOC operations, corporate security, emergency operations, or similar 24/7 environment preferred.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing supervisors or frontline leaders.
• Strong understanding of incident management, operational risk, quality assurance, training, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees, manage performance, and navigate employee-relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for GSOC operations, service delivery, operational readiness, and adherence to client and Crisis24 requirements.
• Oversee staffing and leadership coverage across the 24/7 operation with recruitment and onboarding partners.
• Provide management oversight during significant incidents, ensuring leadership involvement and post-incident review.
• Directly manage and develop Team Leads, setting clear expectations for leadership presence and performance.
• Maintain governance over procedures, documentation, and change-management processes.
