Job summary

Staples is seeking an Enterprise Security Operations Center Analyst for a third shift (11pm–7:30am) on-site in Framingham, MA. You will monitor cameras and access control, analyze security alerts, and coordinate rapid incident responses, collaborating with IT, HR, and legal to manage threats.

The role emphasizes documentation, policy development, and risk assessments to strengthen physical security across the organization. Prior GSOC experience is preferred with a focus on incident resolution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in physical security or similar roles.
• Experience with GSOC operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor physical security systems (cameras, access control) for threats.
• Analyze alerts and data to identify genuine threats vs. false alarms.
• Document incidents and responses for learning and audits.
• Coordinate rapid response to security incidents and coordinate with IT, HR, legal.
• Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures.
