Job summary

Control Risks is hiring a team of GSOC Analysts to support a major Fortune 500 client. You will monitor global security, geopolitical, and operational risks, transforming complex information into actionable intelligence for decision-makers and senior leaders within a 24/7/365 team.

This role involves open-source intel gathering, incident response support, and escalation of threats to protect personnel and assets across the client’s supply chain and operations during critical events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (international relations, security, political science).
1–3 years of experience in government or corporate security or similar role.
Experience with global risk intelligence and incident response software.
Experience with emergency mass notification systems.
Experience with travel risk management software.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular monitoring of open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and client-specific tools for threats to employees and assets.
Collect and validate intelligence and assess credibility of information.
Monitor worldwide events and identify those impacting personnel, assets, supply chain, or operations.
Monitor geopolitical events affecting executive travel and operations.
Draft and review concise notifications for decision-makers and leaders.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team supporting 24/7/365 GSOC operations.
Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings to executives.
Monitor risks to pharmaceutical supply chains and critical suppliers.
Communicate with senior security management on incidents and operational issues.
