Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking an Enterprise Security Operations Center Analyst for a third shift (11pm–7:30am, Sunday–Thursday) onsite in Framingham, MA. You will monitor physical security systems, analyze alerts, and coordinate rapid incident responses with IT, HR, and legal.

You will document incidents, review security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and develop policies to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

BA/BS in IT, cybersecurity, security management, criminal justice, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of related experience in physical security
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with physical security software and threat intel tools

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor physical security systems (surveillance, access control) to detect threats.
Analyze alerts and data to identify genuine threats and false alarms.
Research and report on incidents, with recommendations.
Coordinate rapid response to security incidents across teams.
Collaborate with IT, HR, legal for multidisciplinary incident management.
Document all incidents and responses for learning and compliance.
Review and update physical security protocols to address evolving threats.
Develop and implement physical security policies conforming to standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Liaise with external security agencies and vendors for collaboration.
Communicate security needs effectively to stakeholders.
