Job summary

Hiya Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Manager to shape how our marketing website evolves in the AI-enabled buyer journey. You’ll lead strategy, conversion optimization, and localization to drive high-quality conversions and pipeline across markets.

You’ll own CRO, analytics, and a modern martech stack, collaborating with GTM, product, design, and engineering to create web experiences that convert and scale with our demand engine.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in website marketing or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven CRO and experimentation program experience linked to pipeline.
• Hands-on with a modern martech stack: CMS, GA4, GTM, GSC, Amplitude, HubSpot.
• Strong SEO/geo awareness and performance optimization mindset.
• Fluent in web analytics and tying performance to CRM and pipeline.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page edits.

Responsibilities

• Own Hiya's website strategy and roadmap across the buyer journey and KPIs.
• Lead CRO program, hypotheses, testing, and personalization to accelerate velocity.
• Translate campaigns into compelling landing pages and experiences.
• Champion mobile/desktop UX, messaging clarity, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Own SEO/geo strategy and monitor AI visibility and regional performance.
• Oversee localization workflows and scalable web properties across markets.
• Build reporting linking web performance to pipeline with proper attribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Demand Gen, PMM, Product, and Design.
