Job summary

Hiya is seeking a growth/ frontend engineer to translate strategy into high-converting web experiences, optimize the buyer journey, and own key website metrics. You will lead CMS migrations, architect a scalable React/Next.js frontend, and enforce performance and SEO standards across global properties.

The role requires 5–8+ years in growth or frontend development, strong React/Next.js skills, CMS migration experience, and hands-on analytics and experimentation capabilities.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in growth engineering, frontend engineering, or product-focused web development.
Strong React / Next.js experience and modern frontend framework knowledge.
Experience leading headless CMS implementations or migrations.
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, etc.).
Experience implementing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Translate positioning and campaign strategy into high-converting web experiences.
Optimize the buyer journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
Own website KPIs including traffic growth, engagement, conversion rate, and pipeline.
Lead migration to a modern headless CMS and architect scalable frontend systems.
Establish performance, accessibility, and technical SEO best practices.
