Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in digital marketing, GEO/SEO, growth marketing, or website strategy in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong expertise in technical GEO/SEO, content GEO/SEO, and website optimization with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable organic growth and conversion improvement.
• Experience owning or significantly influencing company website strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the website as a growth channel—defining strategy, setting priorities, and driving the roadmap for organic and AI-powered search visibility across traditional and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute SEO and GEO/AEO strategies to improve discoverability in AI-generated search environments.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including schema markup, internal linking, metadata, crawl optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with content, product marketing, demand generation, and RevOps to develop high-performing organic growth programs and search-driven conversion paths.
• Manage external agencies, developers, and freelancers to execute web and SEO workstreams and build scalable processes.
• Build reporting frameworks that surface organic performance, website engagement, and AI search visibility to leadership.
