Job summary
Hiya is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Manager to shape how our marketing website evolves for an AI-enabled buyer journey. You will define the site’s direction and drive high-quality conversions and sales pipeline across markets.
This performance- and analytics-driven role partners with our GTM Engineer to translate positioning into high-converting web experiences, optimize conversion, and localize sites for global markets.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years in website marketing or growth marketing
- Proven CRO and experimentation track record
- Hands-on with a modern martech stack (CMS, GA4, GTM, GSC, Amplitude, HubSpot)
- Strong SEO/SEM understanding and AI discovery trends
- Fluency with web analytics and attribution, connecting to CRM
Responsibilities
- Website growth strategy & roadmap across the buyer journey and KPI metrics
- Own CRO program, testing roadmaps, A/B tests, personalization
- Translate campaigns into compelling landing pages and web experiences with engineering support
- Champion mobile/desktop UX, messaging clarity, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
- Own SEO & GEO strategy and global visibility monitoring
- Localization workflows across global markets using Sanity
- Build web analytics & attribution reporting tied to pipeline with event tracking
- Collaborate with Growth, PMM, Product and Design to align launches with pipelines
