Raising Cane’s is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader in Orlando to support new restaurant openings and oversee training teams. You will develop trainers, guide day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to brand standards, and lead NRO when needed.

The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, customer interaction, and travel for training. FAA-compliant safety and proper labor practices are required, with ongoing opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Performs restaurant performance observations and documents results.
