Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings (NRO) with oversight of the training team and development. This role trains hourly restaurant managers and leaders while deployed, and supports day-to-day operations prior to and after openings, upholding Cane’s standards and culture.

The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader will also take the lead on NRO when needed and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varied temperatures

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Performs restaurant performance observations and documents results for corrective action.
• Supports in strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
