Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Growth Restaurant Leader to oversee new restaurant openings, train Restaurant Leaders, and drive performance milestones before and after openings. The role requires leading training teams, managing NRO operations, and coordinating with restaurant leadership to ensure success.

Candidate should bring 5+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong P&L/financial skills, and experience with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Detai­l- oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of labor laws, staffing and financial management
• New restaurant opening experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads NRO strategy and oversees daily restaurant operations
• Ensures policy and standard enforcement across restaurants
• Develops growth team and performance standards
• Supports staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Uses rewards program to recognize crewmembers
• Audits operations and provides feedback for strategy execution
• Manages shift meetings and safety standards
• Conducts performance observations and documents results
