Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Growth Restaurant Leader to provide strategic direction for new restaurant openings (NRO) and to train and support the Restaurant Leader. You will oversee the training team, manage NRO admin duties and support all operations and people development to drive milestones before and after openings.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing high-paced restaurant operations, with travel to openings and ongoing site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people, P&L and financial management.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads NRO strategy and oversees daily restaurant operations and enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.

• Develops the growth team and ensures all performance standards are met.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Audits operations and provides feedback to support strategy and financial goals.
• Executes shift management meetings and maintains safety standards.
• Performs performance observations and documents results for improvements.
