Job summary

Raising Cane’s Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader is an Assistant Restaurant Leader who also supports new restaurant openings (NRO) by overseeing training and developing the team. The role trains hourly restaurant managers and leaders while deployed, supporting day-to-day operations before and after opening while upholding Cane’s standards and culture.

The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader may lead NRO when needed and works in a fast-paced environment with strong customer focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant management and labor/cost control.
• Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling practices.
• Familiarity with new restaurant openings and training teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Performs performance observation walks and documents results.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
