Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings by guiding the training team and developing trainers. You will also train hourly managers and lead daily operations to uphold Cane’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in restaurant or retail management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.

• Ensures day-to-day operations meet Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Supports pre- and post-opening operations and culture.
