Job summary

Elastic is seeking a General Business Territory Account Executive for Emerging/Growth Accounts across the United States. This individual-contributor role focuses on building new business and expanding Elastic cloud solutions within a defined set of accounts.

You will drive demand and act as a technology evangelist for GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability, collaborating cross-functionally to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience in the software industry preferred.
• Proven track record selling SaaS subscriptions and growing customers.
• Ability to forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness and drive demand within a defined account set.
• Evangelize Elastic solutions including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities leveraging inbound leads, prospecting, and partners.
• Collaborate with sales development, marketing, partners, product, and customer service teams to close deals.
• Manage sales cycle and close complex transactions across the US territory.
• Create robust territory plans using Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
