Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in Hermitage, PA, seeks a Store Manager to lead a multi-stand operation at 7 Brew. You will own location growth, coaching, scheduling, training, and daily admin duties while upholding our culture and values.

You’ll manage inventory, cash handling, health compliance, and staff development, delegating tasks to shift leads and Brewistas, and communicating directives from upper management to ensure fast service and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work early mornings and late nights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
• Work with the crew’s needs to create a weekly shift schedule, balancing labor costs with service speed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change procedures are followed.
• Facilitate team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Develop new leaders and delegate tasks to leadership to promote efficiency.
