Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Stand Manager to oversee a 7 Brew location, driving growth, profitability, and adherence to culture, mission, and values. You will lead the crew, coach, train, and manage administrative duties while reporting to the District Manager.

You will coach, train, and oversee daily operations, maintain health standards, build leaders, and implement directives from upper management to optimize performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible scheduling with early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays may be needed.
• Available by phone or in person to address stand needs promptly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through coaching and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure quick service.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Handle cash deposits and change for the stand.
• Lead team meetings and develop Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Develop new leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership to promote efficiency and development.
