7 Brew Coffee in Spring Hill, FL seeks a full-time Manager to lead a busy stand, grow the location, and uphold 7 Brew’s culture, mission, and values. You will coach, train, perform administrative duties, and oversee daily operations, reporting to the Regional Manager.

The role requires scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, staff development, and ensuring health standards. Expect early mornings and late nights, weekend shifts, and bonuses tied to store performance.

Qualifications

• Must lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching and training staff to maintain service standards.
• Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brewista and Shift Lead duties and ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and positive customer interactions through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs with service speed.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment; reduce waste and track costs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and change management.
• Facilitate team development through regular meetings and events for leadership staff.
• Solve problems independently or with approved partners/vendors and communicate solutions.
• Ensure crew meets health requirements and standards.
• Develop new leaders to fill roles as needed and relay directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to optimize efficiency.
