Responsibilities

• Lead the stand crew and Brewistas; coach, train, and develop staff.
• Create weekly shift schedules to balance labor costs and service speed.
• Maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment; manage cash handling.
• Ensure health requirements are met and maintain customer experience standards.
• Oversee admin duties and communicate directives from upper management.
• Develop new leaders and mentor the leadership team.
