7 Brew Coffee Morgantown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive growth, operate profitably, and preserve our culture, mission, and values. You will lead the crew, coach and train, and manage admin duties across all dayparts while reporting to the Store Manager.

Designed as a 6–12 month pipeline to a Store Manager role, this position emphasizes leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and strong customer service in a fast-paced coffee stand environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced teams is preferred.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate staff.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest experience.
• Proficient in scheduling, inventory awareness, and food safety basics.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and daily admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew; partner with Store Manager on daily operations.
• Maintain excellent customer interactions and wait times.
• Support scheduling and labor cost controls across all shifts.
• Ensure health inspections readiness and food safety compliance.
• Assist with inventory, deposits, and daily admin duties.
