Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Location Manager for its Heath stand(s) to drive growth, profitability, and uphold 7 Brew culture. The Manager leads the crew, coaches and trains, performs admin duties, and reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, health standards, and developing leaders. Flex work hours include early mornings and potential late nights; must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Ability to coach, train and supervise a diverse crew.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and wait times.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand.
• Develop leaders and communicate directives from management.
• Ensure health requirements and safety compliance.
