• Create weekly shift schedules to balance labor costs with service speed.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Lead team development through regular meetings and events for staff.
• Develop leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to drive efficiency.
