Job summary

DoorDash Commerce Platform is seeking a Senior Associate on the Growth Strategy & Operations team in Seattle to own growth initiatives with top merchant partners. You will design and scale partnerships, define go-to-market strategies, and drive cross‑functional execution to accelerate adoption and revenue.

Ideal candidates are analytical self-starters who can turn data into actionable plans, influence product direction, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while maintaining a bias

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years in consulting, strategy, or operations; startup experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker who derives actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Build and own the business: drive growth and adoption of top projects
• Business development: deepen merchant partner relationships
• Go-to-market strategy: define product-market fit, pricing, and GTM plans
• Improve the product: influence roadmap with data and feedback
• Influence: collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Eng, Finance, Analytics, Sales
• Experiment: test revenue, cost, and quality drivers
