Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager on the Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team. You will own growth initiatives, partner with enterprise merchants, and help scale partnerships and test outcomes.

You will report into a Senior Manager on the Commerce Platform Restaurants team within Platform Products, working to build experiments, grow top-priority projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth/early-stage startup or entrepreneurial experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth initiatives for strategic enterprise merchant partnerships.
• Design experiments to improve quality and operations, test marketing strategies, and address issues affecting merchant processes.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales and Account Management to drive growth and scale.
