Scale AI is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Lead for Generative AI to optimize the expert supply engine behind high-priority AI projects. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, and project delivery teams to drive critical growth initiatives and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes building funnels, onboarding, and training systems, plus capacity forecasting and ramp planning to meet delivery timelines. Strong analytics and marketplace experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or operations or SWE.
• Experience with operations-heavy business models (on-demand, marketplace, logistics).
• Strong technical background with ability to do data analytics (SQL or Python).
• Excellent problem-solving with data-driven growth strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and scaling new products.
• Experience building with AI tools and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Drive growth projects expanding and improving the expert supply for Scale's AI projects across Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, and delivery teams.
• Develop and refine growth funnels and pipelines for acquiring expert contributors via outbound, referrals, partnerships, paid channels, and communities.
• Improve onboarding, screening, verification, and training so experts can be activated and ramped quickly.
• Manage supply-side operations across the contributor lifecycle: activation, retention, churn, validation, routing to suitable projects.
• Build analytics systems and rhythms to forecast capacity, diagnose funnel bottlenecks, and ensure timely ramping of experts.
• Present progress to Scale’s executive team with clear recommendations and decisions.
• Tackle growth challenges in AI marketplaces and help scale talent for frontier AI models.
