Job summary

January seeks a Strategy & Operations professional to accelerate growth from two productable teams: client strategy and client implementations. You’ll diagnose leverage, define how January scales, and drive end-to-end outcomes with product, compliance, and operations.

You’ll craft repeatable playbooks, automate workflows, and align stakeholders to accelerate revenue and retention. The role is based in our New York office, with a focus on enterprise growth in regulated financial services.

Qualifications

• Track record owning operational outcomes end-to-end in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Experience managing client relationships or client-facing delivery in high-touch contexts.
• Ability to structure messy data into actionable insights across systems.
• Experience aligning Product, Engineering, Legal, and other functions on priorities.
• Ability to build automations and tools without heavy engineering support.
• Hybrid strategy-and-execution background preferred; track record of owning outcomes.
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own growth levers and drive high-leverage initiatives end-to-end.
• Diagnose problems, ship solutions, and influence product/go-to-market priorities.
