Job summary

Column, a bank and software company, is seeking a Business Operations leader to lay the foundation for the next decade of growth. You will act as the GM for key products and projects, partnering with senior leadership to scale the business from our San Francisco Presidio office with regular travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and business operations in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to jump into new situations and design scalable solutions.
• Experience influencing and managing multiple stakeholders to commit to a shared goal.
• Hyper-organized project management across multiple teams.
• Scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with zero ego when building a business.
• Familiarity with banking/fintech industries; interest in becoming an expert in this space.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and operations for our most critical scaling initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks to scale and design workflows to remove them.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions for tooling and systems to drive automation and scale.
• Spend time on-site with operators to learn workflows and translate insights into decisions.
• Own end-to-end execution, timelines, and cross-team accountability.
