DoorDash USA is seeking an Associate Manager on the Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team to drive growth with top merchants, define go-to-market strategies, and scale partnerships.

You will design experiments, analyze performance, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales, and Account Management to execute initiatives.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution to accelerate merchant adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in finance/management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth/early-stage startup experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customers and internal teams.
• Analytical thinker who can make recommendations in fast-changing environments that are 0-1 bets.
• Desire to own vision and drive the direction of the company.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and own growth initiatives for top priority projects across the Commerce Platform.
• Develop and foster relationships with merchant partners to iterate and grow the business.
• Define go-to-market strategy with knowledge of product market fit, value proposition, pricing, and competition.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales and Account Management.
• Evaluate and test revenue, cost and quality drivers.
