Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the US Marketplace Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team. You will own a portfolio of growth projects, collaborating with product, analytics, finance, and marketing to drive the core marketplace business in the US.

You’ll prototype and scale 0-1 initiatives, analyze outcomes, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable roadmaps, contributing to continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a problem-solving role (consulting, tech, banking, or similar).
• Data-driven and analytical; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience preferred.
• Collaborative; able to partner cross-functionally to drive results and influence without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of growth projects for the US Marketplace growth and markets.
• Incubate bets from 0 to 1 and advance or kill with clear recommendations.
• Develop strategies for growing segments and launching bets beyond existing playbooks.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data to assess impact and iterate on roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
